Terms and Conditions Lorraine Lewis

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Lorraine Lewis, a Feng Shui and clutter consultancy based in the UK, providing services both remotely and on site to clients globally. Services are provided by Lorraine Lewis trading as Space Sense. Payments will appear on your bank statement as Space Sense.

1.2 By engaging with my services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Global Online Services

2.1 I provide Feng Shui and clutter services globally, catering to both residential and commercial spaces.

2.2 Services are conducted remotely unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about their property, which is a requirement of all services.

3. Consultation Process

Remote Services

3.1 Remote consultations are conducted specifically in relation to the details of the property provided by the client.

3.2 Following each consultation, clients will receive a summary of recommendations as discussed during our meeting, delivered electronically within an agreed timeframe. Where requested in advance, a transcript of the consultation will also be provided.

On Site Services

3.3 On site consultations are conducted as agreed, based on the details of the property provided by the client.

3.4 Travel expenses from my location to the property address, including any required overnight accommodation, are to be paid by the client and will depend on the location of the property and agreed accommodation.

3.5 All accommodation will be agreed in advance and paid in full by the client.

3.6 Clients agree to be available for the full duration of the on site consultation.

4. Payment

4.1 Full payment is required in advance for all products and services. Where a payment plan has been agreed, an initial deposit of 50% will be taken, with the balance payable prior to the client receiving the product or service.

4.2 Individual consultation fees and payment details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the consultation.

4.3 Electronic invoices will be provided where required.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 All client information shared during online or on site consultations is treated with strict confidentiality.

5.2 Lorraine Lewis will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.

6. Liability

6.1 My recommendations are based on Feng Shui principles and practices and my additional experience. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed and individual experiences may vary.

6.2 Clients are responsible for implementing recommended changes and for adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines.

7. Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling

Lorraine Lewis strives to provide professional, quality services tailored to your specific needs. The following policy applies to all bookings:

7.1 If a client wishes to cancel a service, they may do so within 48 hours of their booking being confirmed.

7.2 Clients must reschedule or cancel consultations with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the consultation fee being forfeited and no refund will be made.

7.3 Due to the bespoke nature of the services provided, Lorraine Lewis operates a no refund policy on consultations, ebooks and electronic downloads. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.4 A 7 day refund policy applies to online digital courses. If you are not satisfied with your digital course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials provided to the client as part of a consultation, workshop or course — including reports, transcripts, recommendations and course content — are the intellectual property of Lorraine Lewis.

8.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute or share these materials without explicit written permission from Lorraine Lewis.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9.2 Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with UK law.
